Reviews and Ratings
I have been renting unit 156 for the last 15 consecutive years near the Nest Restaurant. The room was dark and musty, with no screen on the slider door. However, the room itself is spacious with a balcony overlooking the pond.
The setup with rooms grouped in 'hubs' around the property means you have to walk outside to access different areas, which can be inconvenient. Unfortunately, the adjoining doors lacked soundproofing, leading to noise transfer between rooms. However, the hotel features stunning grounds and multiple leisure facilities.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean, but I had issues with the heat during the night, though it was worth the extra money for the upgrade. The service was exceptional, especially from the groundskeeper who helped us with the wood stove and fire pit. The location was convenient but not without flaws, and the dining options were good but could be more varied.
